These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Control – Screen Limits mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Control – Screen Limits allows users to manage screen time, set app limits, create schedules, and block selected applications using Apple’s system frameworks.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

2. Apple Integration

The Service relies on Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. We do not control Apple’s services and are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or limitations imposed by Apple.

Your use of the Service is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. All subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

We do not have access to your payment information.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While the Service is designed to help reduce screen time and improve focus, we do not guarantee specific behavioral or productivity outcomes. Results depend on individual usage and device configuration.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Control – Screen Limits is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or device malfunction
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
